1. Customer Responsibility for Accurate Address
Customers are fully responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. This includes unit numbers, street names, contact numbers, and any relevant delivery details.
2. No Liability for Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, the seller will not be held responsible for:
Delays in delivery
Lost parcels
Additional shipping fees
Once the parcel is shipped out to the address provided by the customer, the seller’s responsibility ends.
3. Undelivered or Lost Parcels Due to Wrong Address
If a parcel is returned to the seller due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
If the parcel is lost or disposed of by the courier due to an invalid address, no refund or replacement will be issued, as this is not a seller error.
4. Courier Contact Attempts
Couriers may attempt to call or message the customer if the address is unclear. Failure to answer or respond may result in failed delivery attempts or parcel return. The seller is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts due to unreachable recipients.
5. Address Changes After Order Placed
Once an order is processed or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed. Customers are advised to contact customer service immediately within 1–2 hours of placing the order if an address update is needed.
6. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking status and contacting the courier for any delivery-related issues.
7. Proof of Shipping
For every order, the seller will provide proof of shipment. Once the courier accepts the parcel, the seller is no longer liable for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by incorrect customer-provided details.
