By placing an order on BB Asia Store, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Order Cancellation

• Orders may only be cancelled within a limited time before processing begins.

• Once an order has been processed, prepared, or submitted to our supplier, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

• Pre-order items are strictly non-cancellable once confirmed.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

• Please allow processing time depending on your payment provider and bank.

Non-Refundable Fees

• Payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable, as these charges are imposed directly by third-party payment providers.

• In the event of order cancellation requested by the customer, a cancellation fee may apply.

• The final refunded amount may be subject to deduction of applicable payment processing and administrative fees.

Pre-Order Items

• All pre-order items require an estimated waiting time as stated on the product page.

• Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or supplier arrangements are beyond our control and do not qualify for full compensation claims.

Refused Parcels / Failed Delivery

• If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect customer information, shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
